Our process
Eleven steps from your artwork to the container.
Cutting, printing, lamination, stitching and packing happen in our own workshop. That is what keeps print and stitching consistent from the approved sample to the last carton.
STEP 02 OF 11
Sampling
A physical pre-production sample in your fabric, print and handles, couriered for approval before bulk.
STEP 03 OF 11
Sourcing fabric
Jute from the mills nearest us; GOTS-certified organic cotton with transaction certificates.
STEP 04 OF 11
Dyeing
Fabric and handles dyed to your Pantone reference, with lab dips for approval before bulk.
STEP 05 OF 11
Lamination
Optional inner lamination for jute and juco gives structure and wipe-clean use.
STEP 06 OF 11
Cutting
Panels, gussets and handles cut to the approved spec sheet in centimetres.
STEP 07 OF 11
Screen printing
Up to six-colour screen print; digital print available on cotton canvas.
STEP 08 OF 11
Drying
Controlled drying keeps shrinkage and shade consistent across the whole lot.
STEP 09 OF 11
Stitching
Double-stitched seams, bar-tacked handles, reinforced base as standard.
STEP 10 OF 11
Quality control
Every lot checked for size, print registration, handle strength and finish against the sample.

Packing & shipping
Bagged, cartoned and marked to your specification; documentation prepared for sea or air freight.
What you receive at each stage
After enquiry: a written specification and price per piece. After sampling: a physical sample by courier and photographs of lab dips. During production: photos of the first printed pieces for sign-off. Before shipping: a packing list, carton marks and a QC summary against the approved sample.
