Eleven steps from your artwork to the container.

Cutting, printing, lamination, stitching and packing happen in our own workshop. That is what keeps print and stitching consistent from the approved sample to the last carton.

Fabric and handles dyed to your Pantone reference, with lab dips for approval before bulk.

Optional inner lamination for jute and juco gives structure and wipe-clean use.

Bagged, cartoned and marked to your specification; documentation prepared for sea or air freight.

What you receive at each stage

After enquiry: a written specification and price per piece. After sampling: a physical sample by courier and photographs of lab dips. During production: photos of the first printed pieces for sign-off. Before shipping: a packing list, carton marks and a QC summary against the approved sample.
